Start with one event layout
A mobile party hall can accommodate different event formats, but a dinner, dance event and wedding reception need different space allocations. Prepare one plan for the primary activity before adding alternatives. The examples here are planning guidance, not accounts of completed customer events.
What the 130-diner example actually means
The documented 45FT interior measures 10.4 × 10.3 m. A reference dining arrangement uses 13 round tables, 1.4–1.5 m in diameter, with 10 diners per table: 130 seats. This is not a maximum occupancy approval. A dance floor, buffet or stage can change the seating arrangement.
Reserve space beyond the tables
Show guest circulation, entry and exit routes, accessible access, service areas and equipment positions on the drawing. Confirm the final arrangement with the responsible local professionals. Do not advertise a guest capacity solely by dividing the floor area by a space-per-person assumption.
Prepare for the next event
Decide where movable furniture and decorations will be stored and how staff will reset the hall. Send both dining and dancing sketches when requesting a multipurpose configuration. For Europe and Canada, discuss a container-based mobile wedding venue rather than MBFD's semi-trailer product.
