The reference price for both platforms
MBFD's typical reference price is USD 90,000–120,000 per unit, FOB, for both the 45FT expandable container and semi-trailer commercial space. This is a budgeting range, not a fixed offer for every configuration. Final dimensions, finishes and equipment determine the formal quotation.
Which port applies?
The usual Chinese loading ports are Ningbo, Shanghai and Taicang, with the actual port confirmed for the order. State the named FOB port in your quotation comparison. Do not treat this reference as a delivered or installed price at your event site.
Compare the same scope
Ask for separate lines for the structure, hydraulic system, electrical equipment, air conditioning, lighting and optional features. Furniture is not included in the standard quotation. Confirm ocean freight, insurance, destination handling, taxes, inland transport and installation responsibilities separately before setting the project budget.
A useful enquiry saves revisions
Send the destination, intended use, preferred platform, approximate layout and required options. If you are comparing suppliers, use the same specification and delivery scope. A mobile commercial space should be evaluated against its usable layout and operating needs, not only its headline purchase price.
