Start with the business, not the vehicle
A mobile party hall is a transportable indoor venue for parties and commercial events. MBFD offers container-based and semi-trailer expandable systems. These are venue products to purchase and configure, rather than bookings for a fixed party hall or passenger party bus. Choose the platform around your destination, transport arrangements and intended layout.
The documented 45FT container configuration
The expanded internal dimensions are 10.4 m long by 10.3 m wide, approximately 107 m². A dining layout example uses 13 round tables, each 1.4–1.5 m in diameter, with 10 guests per table. The resulting 130 diners are a layout example, not a maximum occupancy approval. Catering, circulation and emergency exits must be considered in the final plan. Other container sizes, including 20FT and 40FT, require their own specifications; do not apply the 45FT measurements to them.
The semi-trailer configuration
The 15.7 m external-length version has 13.5 m of usable internal length. The 53FT version has 15 m of usable internal length; at 12 m expanded width, this corresponds to 180 m². A configuration closing to approximately 2.55 m wide generally opens to 10 m wide. Do not attach the 180 m² figure to every trailer configuration. MBFD does not offer this semi-trailer product for use in Europe or Canada.
What should a quotation include?
The supplied semi-trailer guide gives a typical USD 90,000–120,000 range, depending on configuration. This is not a price for every container or trailer model. Ask for an itemized scope covering the structure, interior, electrical equipment, optional features and transportation. Furniture is not included in the standard quotation. Confirm taxes, destination handling and any local approval costs separately.
Questions to send with your enquiry
Tell us where you intend to use the venue, whether it will move frequently, and whether the main use is dining, dancing, exhibitions or mixed events. A preliminary seating sketch is useful. If the destination or transport plan is undecided, say so: dimensions alone cannot establish road legality or permission to operate.
