One space, different operating layouts
An expandable commercial space can support wedding dining, product displays or mixed business events, but each use needs a different layout. The examples below are planning scenarios, not claims about delivered customer projects. Start with the activity and equipment, then select a mobile event hall configuration that fits them.
Wedding dining: distinguish seats from occupancy
For the documented 45FT container interior of 10.4 × 10.3 m, the supplied banquet example is 13 round tables seating 10 diners each. Table diameters are 1.4–1.5 m. This illustrates 130 dining seats; it does not establish a safe or authorized maximum number of people. A dance floor, service area or other furniture may change the arrangement. Have the final plan checked for circulation, exits and local operating requirements.
Exhibition space: begin with the objects on display
For a mobile exhibition space or mobile showroom, record the dimensions and weights of displays, their delivery route and their electrical needs. Plan how visitors enter, circulate and leave. Do not infer that a quoted distributed floor load permits a heavy concentrated display: request a review for the actual equipment and support points. Product presentation, lighting and staff storage also consume usable space.
Compare usable dimensions, not just headline area
The 53FT semi-trailer configuration uses 15 m of internal length. A 12 m expanded width gives 180 m²; a 10 m expanded width would give 150 m² for the same internal length. The 15.7 m external-length version instead has 13.5 m internal length. Specify the exact length and width in the layout brief. A narrower closed width does not by itself prove complete road compliance.
Prepare a brief that can be quoted
Send the primary use, destination, preferred platform, planned furniture or displays, power requirements and expected moving frequency. If you need both a mobile wedding venue and a pop-up exhibition venue, request separate layout sketches for the same selected structure. MBFD’s semi-trailer product is not offered for Europe or Canada; discuss a container-based configuration for those destinations.
