Build the campaign around the display
A mobile exhibition space can carry a consistent presentation concept between locations. An expandable venue provides an enclosed setting for demonstrations, product launches or brand experiences. These are possible applications, not a promise of attendance, sales or a completed MBFD campaign.
Record display dimensions and loads
List each exhibit's size, weight, support points and delivery route into the hall. A distributed floor-load figure does not establish the suitability of a heavy concentrated display. Request a review of the actual equipment before planning vehicles, machinery or large display walls inside.
Plan visitor flow and power together
Mark reception, demonstration zones, storage and clear exit routes. List screen, lighting and appliance loads. The semi-trailer's approximately 10 kW onboard generator powers deployment hydraulics, not hall equipment. Confirm a separate site power solution against the final electrical requirements.
Check every stop, not just the first
A pop-up exhibition venue needs an access and deployment plan at each location. Confirm transport dimensions, ground conditions, opening clearances and local permissions before committing to a campaign schedule. Send MBFD a route outline, exhibit inventory and intended visitor layout to discuss an appropriate platform.
