The documented 45FT expandable container has an interior 10.4 m long and 10.3 m wide after deployment, approximately 107 m². A wheeled chassis in a transport photograph does not make it the semi-trailer product. The chassis can serve as a transport tool.
45FT Expandable Container Venue ↗The 53FT semi-trailer has 15 m of usable internal length. At 12 m expanded width, the area is 180 m²; at 10 m width, it is 150 m². The separate 15.7 m external-length version has 13.5 m internal length. Always ask for the selected configuration's drawing.
Expandable Event Trailer ↗A dining example uses 13 round tables, each 1.4–1.5 m in diameter, seating 10 diners per table: approximately 130 diners. This is a layout example, not an approved maximum occupancy. Allow for service areas, circulation and exits.
Steel framing, folding hinges, hydraulic movement and supporting outriggers form the deployment system. Position the unit, stabilize it, expand the structure and commission utilities according to the delivered operating instructions. Confirm ground bearing, support locations and site clearance for each project.
The configuration can include flooring, insulated wall and roof systems, doors, glazing, ventilation, air conditioning, lighting and audio. Confirm equipment quantities, electrical loads, finishes and destination requirements in the signed configuration list.
Exterior colours, entrance features, glazing, interior layout and branding can be customized. Projection and other immersive visual systems are optional. Confirm projector quantity, content, installation, ambient light and calibration in the quotation.
Show guest circulation, entry and exit routes, accessible access, service areas and equipment positions on the drawing. Confirm the final arrangement with the responsible local professionals. Do not advertise a guest capacity solely by dividing the floor area by a space-per-person assumption.
Mobile Party Hall: Planning Dining, Dancing and Wedding Receptions ↗MBFD's typical reference price is USD 90,000–120,000 per unit, FOB, for both the 45FT expandable container and semi-trailer commercial space. This is a budgeting range, not a fixed offer for every configuration. Final dimensions, finishes and equipment determine the formal quotation.
The usual Chinese loading ports are Ningbo, Shanghai and Taicang, with the actual port confirmed for the order. State the named FOB port in your quotation comparison. Do not treat this reference as a delivered or installed price at your event site.

RoRo shipping is commonly used for semi-trailer units. Breakbulk shipping may also be used for large equipment. The 45FT container-based configuration is non-stackable and requires an appropriate non-stacking transport plan.
Support can include installation videos, operation manuals, remote assistance and on-site support when required and agreed.
Production time depends on final configuration, customization and order details. The schedule is confirmed when the order is placed. A referenced 45FT production period is approximately 90 days.
Referenced coverage is 3 years for main structural components and 1 year for electrical components, subject to the signed contract, exclusions and maintenance requirements.
