Short answer
A mobile banquet hall for 100–200 guests must be selected from the intended seating plan, service space, circulation, exits and local occupancy rules. Floor area alone does not establish an approved guest capacity.
A documented 130-seat dining example
The MBFD 45FT expandable container venue has a 10.4 × 10.3 m deployed interior. One planning example uses 13 round tables, 1.4–1.5 m in diameter, seating 10 diners per table. The resulting 130 dining seats are an example, not a maximum occupancy statement.
When a larger layout is required
The 53FT semi-trailer platform has 15 m of internal usable length. At 12 m expanded width it provides 180 m²; at 10 m width it provides 150 m². A referenced event arrangement may accommodate approximately 200–280 people depending on layout, exits and local requirements.
Reserve non-seating space
Allow for entrance areas, buffet or table service, catering preparation, staff circulation, audio equipment, a stage or dance floor, accessible routes and emergency exits. These uses reduce the area available for guest tables.
Match utilities to the event format
Confirm lighting, sound, air conditioning and catering electrical loads. The semi-trailer’s approximately 10 kW onboard generator powers its hydraulic system, not the hall appliances. Off-grid hall power requires a separately sized generator.
